About the Author John K Synger is a long serving and senior member of the legal profession with approximately 24 years’ experience within the legal community in two jurisdictions (Nigeria & England), working extensively as a Commercial, Construction, Litigation and Property Solicitor, He has worked in the Public Sector, Private Practice as an Employee, Locum/Consultant and Senior Partner. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL. B (hons), 1990) from the University of Jos, Nigeria and a B.L (Barrister-at-Law) in 1991 from the Nigerian Law School. He also qualified as a Notary Public in 1998. Furthermore, he attended the College of Law for England and Wales in 2002 and passed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) and was thereafter admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2003
